We pride ourselves on our diverse workforce and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values open dialogue, active listening, and continuous improvement.Position: Seating TechnicianJob Purpose:As a Seating Technician at Numotion, you will play a vital role in assembling and delivering CRT equipment, ensuring client satisfaction by meeting their functional goals. You will support the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and directly contribute to fulfilling Numotion's mission.Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate with the ATP as needed for effective service delivery.* Assemble equipment according to specifications and directives.* Deliver and fit equipment, ensuring customer functional goals are met with minimal oversight.* Assess and troubleshoot product issues, seeking ATP guidance as necessary.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop and warehouse.* Ensure delivery vehicles are kept in clean and safe operating condition.* Foster relationships with current business accounts.* Accurately complete documentation in compliance with Numotion policies.* Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.* Attend required company training sessions and in-services.* Work closely with ATPs and customers to implement effective solutions.* Provide exceptional customer service and proactively address concerns during deliveries and fittings.* Stay focused on assignments and complete them in a timely manner.* Uphold Numotion Leadership Principles by performing duties with integrity and compliance.* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Numotion's policies and federal regulations.* Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:* High School diploma or GED required; at least one year of related mechanical or electrical experience preferred.* Valid State Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.Preferred Competencies and Qualifications:* Associate degree in a related discipline.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent listening, organization, and prioritization skills.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.* Quick thinking with the ability to assess situations and make sound decisions.* Commitment to providing best-in-class customer service.* Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify improvement opportunities.* General knowledge of products within the CRT industry.Why Numotion?We offer competitive compensation packages that include:* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Short-term and long-term disability coverage* 401(k) plan* Life insuranceNumotion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
