Condition gathering and submission to underwriting for approval updates. Clear loan conditions for final approval to submit to closing. This position can be in-office, hybrid or remote.Primary Job Duties:Process applications for submission to underwritingWork with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC's and title companiesScanning and uploading file documentation into LOSClear loan conditions with applicants and communicating with loan officersAnalyze Credit, income, tax returns and asset documentsOther duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by managementEnsure confidentiality of client filesThe employee shall work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines and shall, at all times, demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues and supervisorsMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamQualificationsRequired Experience:Previous mortgage processing experience requiredStrong time management and prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlinesMust be able to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations.Above average oral and written communication skills.Above average customer service, and analytical skills.Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)Additional InformationFull benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time offWorking in a growing and dynamic industryLBF is an EEO/AA/Vet/Disabled EmployePlease note that salaries that are estimated on various job sites may not reflect the actual compensations.
