This position reports to a Wildlife Care Supervisor/Manager.WHAT YOU WILL DOHandles trained wildlifeReinforces trained behaviorTransports wildlife from compound areas to show areasProvides public with information and answers questions regarding wildlifeFeeds and cares for assigned wildlifeCleans and maintains animal compound areasExercises wildlifeProvides general grooming of wildlifePrepares and feeds wildlifeKeeps feeding recordsAdministers prescribed medication and nutritional supplementsMaintains logs and records concerning animal health and careObserves wildlifeWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORPreferred candidate with animal ambassador experience.
