The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windchill PLM systems and a strong background in developing REST APIs. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing REST APIs within our customer's existing Windchill instance to enhance system integration and functionality.Key Responsibilities:Design and Development: Develop robust and scalable REST APIs to integrate with the existing Windchill PLM system.System Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and ensure seamless connectivity between Windchill and other enterprise systems.Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Windchill to support API development and integration needs.Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of APIs to ensure high performance and reliability.Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for developed APIs, including usage guidelines and best practices.Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for developed APIs, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed.Collaboration: Collaborate with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Windchill development.Proven experience in developing REST APIs.Strong understanding of Windchill architecture and PLM concepts.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related technologies.Experience with RESTful web services and API design.Familiarity with Windchill customization and configuration.Knowledge of database management and SQL.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with other PLM systems.Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.Certification in Windchill or related technologiesRegards,Shanthi PedhiredlaSOVEREIGN TECHNOLOGIES LLCPhone: 314-###-####[email protected] Minority Owned Business ( MBE)
