Winder Machine Operator Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent client in the Rochester IN, is seeking a Winder Machine Operator to join their team! Job Summary: •Pay: $17 •Shifts Available: ?1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

• Operate and monitor winder machines, making adjustments as needed
• Inspect fiberglass parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Replace depleted supply packages and assist with machine maintenance
• Notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions
• Watches gauges, dials or other indicators to make sure machine is working properly
• Threads fiberglass through guides and rollers of winding machine
• Assist in changing winding machine mandrels

Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs. repeatedly
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
