- Preparing machine for production by positioning, guides, and rolls. Operate and monitor bobbin winders.
- Set up and operate bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, following detailed instructions accurately.
- String wire through bobbin winders, adjust counter to necessary footage Regulating machining by setting and adjusting controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- High School Diploma.
- 1 year experience required.
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspection purposes Attention to detail.
- Able to read & follow work instructions.
- Must have good hand-eye coordination Winding experience.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
