We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning windows and other glass surfaces, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:- Clean windows, doors, and other glass surfaces to the highest standard using specialized equipment and techniques- Perform commercial cleaning duties in a fast-paced environment- Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and efficiently- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols- Collaborate with other cleaning staff to achieve cleaning goals and objectives- Respond to customer requests and provide excellent customer service- Perform additional tasks as required, including cleaning of interior and exterior surfacesRequirements:- Experience in window cleaning, preferably with a focus on commercial cleaning- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing a high level of cleanliness- Physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques- Valid driver's license, as required by the location- Ability to lift and carry heavy cleaning equipment and supplies- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Strong communication skills- Ability to follow safety guidelines and regulations- Reliable transportation, as required by the location- Ability to pass a background check, as required by the location
