Job Title: Windows Server Administrator

Location: Hybrid, New York City (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Our client is seeking an experienced Windows Server Administrator to join their team in New York City. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days a week in our NYC office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience handling escalated Windows Server issues and be well-versed in VMWare, Citrix, and Outlook 365. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle escalated Windows Server issues and provide advanced troubleshooting and support.

• Manage and maintain VMWare virtual environments and ensure optimal performance.

• Configure and support Citrix environments for end-users.

• Administer and troubleshoot Outlook 365 issues, including integration with Windows Server and other applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and system stability.

• Provide input and best practices for server administration and network security.

• Document configurations, processes, and issues for future reference.

• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience resolving escalated Windows Server issues.

• Expertise in VMWare and Citrix technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Outlook 365 administration.
