Wine Club Coordinator At WineDirect we offer a full range of Direct-to-Consumer services to wineries, including ecommerce, point-of-sale and order fulfillment. We are seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to fill a key position on our Client Success team, as a Wine Club Coordinator at our American Canyon, CA office. As the Administrator Coordinator we will ask that you maintain exemplary work ethic and internal relationships. You will be focused on assigned daily tasks and processing the client success team requests. What you'll be doing:â ¢ Manage and coordinate daily club coordinating tasks while using Salesforce CRM platform and Service Cloud.â ¢ Maintain standard response time SLA's for all requests. â ¢ Serve as single point of contact for client success team members for outlined tasks with solid understanding of their needs.â ¢ Answer support questions related to Club Planning and Production Planning.â ¢ Provide ongoing support regarding club planning questions and club shipment execution and serve as the liaison between Client Success and Operations for batched and planned events.â ¢ Actively participate in internal meetings.â ¢ Ability to cross and vertically network within an organization to establish relationships with key decision makers.â ¢ Work with greater client success team to ensure daily tasks are completed in a timely manner.â ¢ Assist with special projects as needed.â ¢ Set a shining example of communication, timeliness, professionalism, phone etiquette, and internal support follow through. â ¢ Daily Duties include but are not limited to: task monitoring, club email response, organizational event calendar management, club communications, internal updates, cross departmental work. â ¢ Other duties as assigned are based on team needs and seasonal volume. Who you are:Candidates must possess highly developed sense of empathy, with a focus on ensuring the best experience for our partners, clients, and the end-consumer.â ¢ 5+ years of experience as an administrative coordinator or similar. â ¢ Bachelor's degree in technical, financial or communications discipline or exceptional work experience in place or combined with a degree.â ¢ Proven business relationship skills.â ¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.â ¢ Passion to serve customers with an ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.â ¢ Training and/or public speaking experience - software technology training experience is strongly preferred.â ¢ Highly motivated, passionate and a team player.â ¢ Proven problem solver, results oriented, self-directed, disciplined and have excellent follow through skills.â ¢ Able to multi-task and prioritize in a changing environment.â ¢ Clear and concise software presentations.â ¢ Continuously practice exceptional customer service and excel at building long term customer loyalty.â ¢ Microsoft Office Suite intermediate level Excel, Word, Outlook, reporting tools, web based applications, ticket system experience, etc.â ¢ Business to business sales experience a plus.Why WineDirectâ ¢ You will have the ability to transform the wine industry by facilitating wineries ability to sell their products globally.â ¢ You'll get to work with and support a stellar group of people who work together to care for our clients and their customers.â ¢ You'll be empowered to make decisions, both to get the job done and to further your career.â ¢ We have a competitive compensation package including medical, dental and vision coverage as well as Life, Long Term Disability, AD&D, and a 401(k) plan.WineDirect is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
