Proudly affiliated with STARR Restaurants and renowned James Beard Award-winning restaurateur Stephen Starr, we look forward to offering an unforgettable culinary journey that honors our storied past while embracing a vibrant, modern twist.The Occidental is seeking a well-rounded Wine Director to join our large, collaborative team!

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

• A base salary range of $90,000 - $95,000

Desired Qualifications:

• Restaurant FOH Managerial experience
• Must have exceptional skills in guest services as well as staff leadership
• High functioning multitasking ability and organizational skills
• Must have an exceptional wine knowledge
• High level of expertise in all facets of wine knowledge and wine service
• Operational skills in Excel, Word, & CTUIT, as well as accounting and cost-management
• High functioning command of the English language, as well as basic knowledge of relevant languages in the field of wine.
