This on-call role involves shoveling snow, spreading salt, and, for those with the proper license and experience, operating a truck with a snowplow. As a key part of our winter storm response team, you will be contacted prior to storm events to ensure safe and clear conditions at our clients' properties. This position offers flexible work based on weather conditions, perfect for those looking for seasonal employment with the ability to work during winter storms.Shift:Various shifts, depending on winter weather events. Pay:$25 - $35 per hour DOEKey Responsibilities:

• Shovel snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots
• Spread salt or ice melt on walkways and surfaces to prevent ice buildup
• Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers and shovels
• Safely operate a snowplow truck (if licensed and experienced)
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly when contacted for on-call shifts
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate protective gear
• Ensure timely and efficient snow removal to meet client expectations

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including shoveling snow and spreading salt
• Availability to work on short notice during winter storms (on-call position)
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Valid driver's license required for those operating trucks

• Ability to work in cold and inclement weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Successful completion of a background check
