Job Details
Effectively work as part of a team, communicate effectively with close attention to details
Maintain academic and attendance requirements for participation in the Youth Apprenticeship Program
Participate in progress reviews scheduled with mentors, school staff, parent(s) or guardian(s), and employer
Prepare supplies and instruments andmonitorinventory whilemaintainingpharmacy records and other documents
Assistwith placing and distributing medication and supply ordersand helping customers both in person and via telephone
Provide support to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in the packing and delivery of medications to customers in compliance with state and federal regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
High school junior or senior
16 years of age
Must be authorized and approved by the Wisconsin Youth Apprentice Programin accordance withyour local school criteria
Reliable transportation to get to and from work
Satisfactory progress towards graduation
Commit to completing450 hoursat the jobsite(10-15 hours per week)
Demonstrated maturity and responsibility
Skill with attending to details, excellentattendanceand a strong work ethic
Foster a culture of caring through interpersonal relationships and communication
