Part time opening: Fri & Sat 11pm - 7am $21/hr (Base pay is $17/hr; overnight shifts are paid with $4/hr shift differential, equaling $21 an hour)Purpose: To provide supervision to clients that ensures their safety and well-being; to assist clients in making choices that are in their long term best interests.Essential duties and responsibilities:Overnight Staff: Ensure clients are sleeping and in their rooms, security checks, assist clients who are having trouble sleeping.Minimum Qualifications:One year freedom from chemical use problems (including tobacco, drugs, alcohol).Strong ability to relate to and mentor people with life-controlling problems.Strong leadership skills (one on one and group situations).Ability to remain on task and follow through on multiple concurrent assignments with frequent interruptions.Ability to successfully complete background check process.Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record and ability to be insured under organization's vehicle insurance carrier.Must possess a MN state driver's license or be willing to transfer out of state license to MN state driver's license.Our robust benefits package includes medical, HSA, dental, vision, PTO, dependent care FSA, disability, life insurance and 403b retirement plan.We seek to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool in order to successfully meet our mission of helping every Minnesotan find help and healing from addiction.
