Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our business at www.goebelfc.com .Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare and finish wood and metal products using various techniques Work with a variety of finishes to achieve high quality results Perform touch up and repairs Help maintain and perform maintenance on finishing equipment Assist with formulating stains, dyes and pigments Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by managementRequirements

• Handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and urgency
• Experience in a wood or metal finishing environment
• Experience with sanding and painting using lacquer, urethane, waterborne, and polyester finishes
• Experience painting with a variety of spray equipment
• Attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of measuring and calculating
• Knowledge of fixture assembly and construction
• Ability to read construction and assembly drawings
• Understand and meet Client quality expectations
• Work in accordance with all Company and regulatory safety requirements
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment

Posture/Movements

• 1-10%: Sitting, Low Level Position, Crouching
• 1-33%: Bending/Stooping, Twisting, Reaching-Overhead
• 34-66%: Walking, Bending/Stooping, Reaching-Forward, Reaching-Low Level, Push/Pull, Reaching-Forward
• 67-100%: Standing

Lifting/Carrying

• 1-5%: 75-100 lbs., over 100 lbs.
• 6-33%: 25-34 lbs., 35-50 lbs., 51-74 lbs.
• 34-66%: up to 10 lbs., 11-24 lbs., 25-34 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five years of experience in a wood or metal finishing environment
