The Woodlands at Canterfield, a brand new Assisted Living and Memory Support community located in West Dundee, Illinois is looking for a dynamic Resident Care Assistant

As an RCA you will:

• Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed
• Observe and report any changes in resident's physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse
• Assist with resident leisure time programming (including escorting to and from activities)
• Assist with dining services with mealtime serving
• Assist residents with laundry
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and co-workers
• Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their families
• Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education

We are currently looking for RCA (Resident Care Assistant) to join our team. To qualify you need a:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• CPR
• Must enjoy workigng as part of the team
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
