WORD PROCESSING SYSTEMS OPERATOR-F/C - 60008654 - STATE OF FLORIDA : Job Details

Responsible for typing and preparation of Resident Admissions. This includes making Master Record, assigning resident hospital numbers, typing face sheet, typing all admission paperwork and sending out Admission letters as required by Hospital Policy and Florida Statute. Update Face Sheets, Addendums and Legal Action Notice. Other related duties as requested or assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required for the position: Knowledge of correct spelling, punctuation and grammar usage. Knowledge of letter, report and tabular formats. Skill in typing. Ability to operate word processing equipment. Ability to use correct spelling, punctuation and grammar. Ability to type letters, memoranda and other standard business forms in correct format. Ability to proofread typed material for typewritten and grammatical errors and to make necessary corrections. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
