We will work with your schedule!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Facilitate move-ins and coordinate housing informationCollect, record, and maintain information on the work and travel participants arrival/departure.Assist with answering questions from the work and travel participants via in-person, email and phoneWork with departments to ensure proper placement and trainingVerify and process the work and travel participants paperworkTrack the work and travel participants worked hours to comply with Corporate standardsCalculate, key, and track housing deductions and depositsPerform occasional housing inspectionsFacilitate monthly cultural experiences for the work and travel participantsAssist with coordinating transportation for the work and travel participantsSkills and Qualifications:Minimum Age: 18Must have a valid Drivers LicenseLooking to fill shifts varying between the hours of 8:30am-7:30pm. Weekends are a must.Have strong verbal and written skills.Have computer knowledge with different programsBe able to pay attention to detailsMust be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitudeMust have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
