Responsibilities:
  • Assist passengers with flight bookings, including ticket purchases, changes, and cancellations, through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, promotions, and policies to customers.
  • Understand and accommodate passenger needs and preferences, offering personalized travel solutions and seating arrangements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as ticketing and customer service, to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilize the reservation system to manage bookings and maintain accurate passenger records.
  • Keep informed of changes in flight schedules, policies, and industry regulations to provide reliable information to passengers.
  • Support passengers with special requests, such as meal preferences, assistance for individuals with disabilities, or traveling with pets.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements:
