Manage the 8-Week Rolling Schedule for assigned rotating work week from conception / scope identification to field execution. Manages all facets to ensure company goals and commitments are identified in the schedules and those activities are ready and executed in the field with the correct priorities. Ensures that permits, special requirements, parts and work documents are complete and ready to work prior to the execution of work in the field. Ensures that management, planners and other support organizations have the latest schedule information, and priorities at a four week look ahead to maximize schedule efficiency. Manage work scope identification to efficiently utilize resources with other tasks, plant conditions and outages. Provides interface guidance between Maintenance, Operations, Construction, Startup, and Commissioning activities. The Work Week Specialist is responsible for integration coordination and execution of these activities. Ensures that work scheduled to be completed during assigned work weeks have been communicated to other organizations that have interface or impacts associated with that work. Continuous communication among Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Execution, Operations, Engineering, Subcontracts, Construction and Commissioning. Generates a schedule every four weeks, identifying problems and priorities before the work execution week and manages that schedule from inception to execution and closeout.
This position shall be performed under the day-to-day direction, control, and supervision of WTCC
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS
* Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for the safety of self and other employees.
* Perform all work in compliance with environmental permits and regulations.
* Perform activities and meet the goals and objectives established by the Production Control Organization
* Schedule work activities in a manner that ensures project resources are efficiently allocated to support applicable phases of WTP Operations
* Make modifications to the schedule as necessary to achieve maximum use of resources including balancing priorities, manpower, material, and equipment availability.
* Responsible to input data and status into a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Responsible for understanding plant business processes as they pertain to Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Work Control.
* Performs analysis of Work Execution/Scheduling and develops reports, charts and graphs/metrics to accurately measure Work Execution performance
* Support the Waste Treatment Plant Nuclear Safety Quality Culture by emphasizing the values of safety and quality in the performance of work to protect self, others, and the environment
* Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours to support the project as required
* Must be willing and able to work rotating weekend coverage

REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical, administration, or related field and 6 years of experience in scheduling, work planning, production planning, or related field.
OR
Associate's degree in a technical, administration, or related field and 8 years of experience in scheduling, work planning, production planning, or related field.
OR
High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in scheduling, work planning, production planning, or related field.
Preferred Experience:
* Administrative, organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
* Experience with Primavera P6
* Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
* Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
* Thorough understanding of equipment operations, maintenance requirements, and restrictions imposed by safety and environmental regulations
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Performs desk work, including writing, computer workstation processes, and telephone operation. Arranges for and/or performs presentations, oral reports, planning meetings, and other formal and informal contacts, requiring long periods of sitting. Oversees field activities through inspections, testing and equipment operations, which requires walking, standing, bending, and turning along with wearing of personal protective equipment. Occasional loading, transport, and unloading of tools and/or supplies specific to an activity.
This position is located at the Construction Site (22 miles north of Richland) and works a 4 x 10 schedule, M-Th, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Energy (DOE) badge for access to the Hanford site.
Must be able to work in the United States without Sponsorship
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $112,835.92 - $178,251.96 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
