INTRODUCTION TO ROLE Blue Water Workamper program is available at participating Blue Water properties throughout the Blue Water portfolio. Contingent upon location and completion of the agreement, Blue Water provides free site accommodation, free usage of utilities and amenities (per workamper agreement), all hours worked are paid, and the potential for an agreement bonus. Hourly rate varies on state and experience. Workamping - Seasonal roles are not eligible for health benefits. Seasonal roles are eligible for sick time and holiday pay. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe're looking for Workampers with campground/hotel experience. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH The Workcamper will report to the General ManagerWHAT YOU BRING
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and friendly when confronted with upset visitors or problems
- The ability to be on your feet, ride a bike and/or drive a golf cart, and move around freely with guests
- Ability to work positively with other campground employees and other staff members
- Support all company policies and procedures
