We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Analyst with expertise in Talent Management to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing and enhancing our Workday system to support the organization's talent management strategies. While Workday is our primary HRIS platform, the team also designs and develops complementary solutions within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration and a comprehensive HR technology ecosystem. You understand Workday's capabilities and limitations and are confident in recommending alternatives when needed-whether through other vendor solutions or full-stack development options. - Design, configure, and implement solutions within Workday and the HR Legal technical ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain calculated fields, business processes, condition rules, and advanced reports to support HR initiatives.
- Leveraging tools like Workday Studio and Workday Extend, you will create custom integrations and advanced development solutions.
- Partner with HR teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the Workday ecosystem. Collaboration with HR stakeholders to support organizational goals such as leadership development, skills tracking, and career planning is essential.
- Optimize business processes by enhancing workflows, automating manual tasks, and providing actionable insights through data reporting and analytics.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and implement regular updates and enhancements. Ensuring system compliance with security and data privacy requirements is crucial.
- Participate in Workday releases, assessing new features, and recommending adoption strategies for Talent Management modules.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver seamless integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Provide end-user training, support, and documentation to ensure adoption and efficient use of Workday Talent Management tools is necessary. As the subject matter expert for Workday Talent Management functionality, you will understand and communicate how the talent cycle of goals, feedback, reviews, and calibrations can lead to better outcomes for employee performance and drive organizational objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday
- Focus on Talent Management modules is desirable
- Strong technical expertise in Workday configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, and reporting.
- Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and integration development.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in Workday Talent Management or other Workday modules.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in talent acquisition, performance, and career development.
- Experience in Agile development environments; ServiceNow, Jira
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $111,000 - $168,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
