The Senior Workday Certified Integrations Consultant position focuses on the most strategic and complex integration projects to ensure successful Workday deployments. If you have a deep knowledge of service-oriented architecture design principles, common ERP HCM integration design patterns, phased implementation methodologies, an in-depth knowledge of various integration technologies, a consultative approach to your customers, and a history of successful Workday integration deployments, the Senior Workday Certified Integrations Consultant role may be a great match. Certified Workday Integration Consultant **Position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship** Key Responsibilities:
- Work on the most complex client engagements, both as a leader and a contributor
- Build and maintain relationships with other implementation teams
- Keep stakeholders apprised of overall project status
- Mentor junior consultants and/or lead teams
- Provide input on delivery estimation and resource planning to business leads where required
- Lead discovery sessions with customer subject matter experts across various technical integration areas in delivering high-level design documentation
- Manage competing priorities
- Provide feedback internally on project/product where areas of improvement are identified
- Advise customers on adoption of Workday integrations and security best practices
- Ensure the client remains referenceable
- Participate in training and other events that help share one's integration & product skills with other consultants
- Use field experience and product expertise to support our pre-sales organization in talking with prospective customers
- Assist in building ongoing relationships with customers to promote Intecrowd's continued growth and success Qualifications: Basic Qualifications
- A current Workday Core Integration Certification + at least 1 additional integration certification (Studio, CCTPP, Extend) is Required
- 5 years implementing Workday integrations including direct, hands-on project experience, cutover/MTP, and post production support
- 5 years of HCM/ERP software application experience with EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, or other integration technologies
- 5 years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Experience with a number of HRIT systems
- Experience and understanding of Human Resources and/or Financials data
- Business, Process, and Data Analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and facilitation skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently within a project framework
- Willingness to advance technically and earn additional Workday certifications Preferred Qualifications
