Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:
* Managing touchpoints with related Workday modules including Record to Report;
* Participating and leading client discussions and meetings;
* Managing engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents;
* Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
* Leading teams across different time zones and offshore centers with the ability to support sales cycle by participating/leading in proposal development and client orals presentations;
* Identifying and addressing client needs while building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
* Communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;
* Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
* Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
* Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
* Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
