Workday Solutions Analyst - PSA Airlines : Job Details

The primary responsibility of the position is day-to-day Workday operation support, acting as the technical expert, while developing strategic solutions to support the company's roadmap. Job Responsibilities. Serve as Subject Matter Expert with Workday Benefits managing benefits, inbound and outbound vendor integrations for ongoing administration and special projects such as the Annual Open Enrollment cycleSupport the Workday Benefits, Absence, and Payroll areas by leveraging strong project management and support expertise, proficient analytical capabilities, creativity, flexibility, and process orientation of a functional expert. Assist with ongoing Vendor Management, serving as a technical liaison between third party benefits vendors, internal technical development team, and benefits stakeholders. Monitor benefit integrations output and performance by troubleshooting errors and identifying data trends that require robust solutions.
