Workday - Technical/Functional/ Workday Integration - SysMind Tech : Job Details

Workday Integration Expert: DSS Lead People, in partnership with HR Technology, is looking for a talented and self-motivated developer to deliver automated HR integrations with Workday. The primary focus are is development of new or enhancement of existing Workday integrations to internal partners and external vendors. This position will strive towards maximizing efficiency and improving processes with Dow teams. This will include, but is not limited to, the evaluation of system functionality, development of enhancements, and testing of system configuration changes while working with a multidisciplinary team using various delivery methodologies (Waterfall and agile). Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business clients with ability to understand business requirements and client needs
• Design Workday integrations in partnership with Dow teams and deliver documented technical change documentation
• Configure Workday integrations to meet automation priorities (based on approved business requirements)
• Conduct unit testing activities with documented scenarios and support user acceptance testing cycles
• Recommend innovative initiatives and improvements in current integrations

Skills Required

• 3+ years relevant experience building and delivering Workday integrations (Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIB, RaaS, etc.)
• Experience with requirements and ability to provide feedback on integration design
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
• Working knowledge of project management lifecycle

Preferences

• Workday HCM certification is preferred.
