Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist clients with Social Security Disability hearings remotely.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other documents.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the case.
• Collaborate with attorneys to strategize and review case progress.
• Attend training sessions to develop expertise in disability and compensation law.
• Organize and maintain case files to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Support office operations with flexibility and professionalism as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree; barred in Pennsylvania or awaiting bar exam results.
• Barred or awaiting bar exam results from neighboring states will be considered.
• Strong writing and legal research skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to the office in Northeastern Pennsylvania occasionally, while working primarily remotely.
• Flexible and adaptive to changing tasks and client needs.
• Eligibility to practice in other states (e.g., New Jersey) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually.
