Job Description :

Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Labor and Employment group in its Los Angeles, CA office.

The associate will manage the legal defense of claims from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation.

You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing.
  • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of the California workers' compensation system and superior writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Deposition and/or trial experience is a plus.
  • Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

California Salary Note:

Estimated $130,000 to $175,000 annually, pro-rated to reflect reduced hours schedule. The estimated salary range displayed is specific to applicants who will perform work in the State of California and is not applicable to other locations. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary range, market data, applicant skills, relevant skills, degrees, or certifications.
