Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group has an immediate job opportunity for a Workforce Scheduler/Dispatcher. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all scheduled guards have reported for duty and have clocked in. You will also take incident reports and immediately report violations to Field Performance or Site management. In this role, you must have strong communication skills, be able to multi-task and perform computer data entry.
Role Responsibility
Specific Duties and Essential Functions
v Using Track Force and Kronos, ensure that all scheduled security guards have reported for duty and clocked in.
v Communicate with security guards who have been scheduled, but not yet checked in, to verify status. Keep Performance or Site Manager informed of the status of guards who have not reported.
v Initiate communication with Performance or Site Manager when additional staffing support is necessary and assists with resolution of those issues.
v Identify trends and provide actionable forecasting insights to field management.
v Create database tracking tools to optimize short- and long-term forecasts.
v Aid Metro One employees, Performance and Site Managers, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
v Maintain accurate daily activity reports as required.
v Provide administrative and technical support to Metro One management and security personnel with respect to administrative tasks and after-hours decision making on procedural situations.
v Responsible for handling miscellaneous administrative tasks as time permits and assist other teams with work as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate
Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required
v Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
v Ability to meet and maintain any applicable State licensing or certification requirements.
Preferred Experience
v Possess a minimum of two (2) years of work experience as a workforce administrator, workforce scheduler, or dispatcher.
v Solid working knowledge of Google Suite/Microsoft office suite; especially Excel.
v Good working knowledge and experience with Kronos and Valiant software programs.
