You will be responsible for space planning and ensuring that Ramp has a strategic plan for office expansion in New York City and our other markets. Our current real estate portfolio comprises around 200,000 square feet of office space in New York, San Francisco, and Miami.The ideal candidate will have experience as a facilities manager for a rapidly growing technology startup and specific New York real estate market knowledge.What you'll doOversee day-to-day operations of facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplaceContribute to long-term facilities planning and development to support the company's growth and operational needsDevelop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and protocolsLead and manage the facilities team and vendors, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluationsManage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standardsDevelop and oversee maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other office infrastructureEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting safety audits and emergency drillsPlan and manage office space utilization, including coordinating moves, renovations, and setups for new hires and teamsWhat you'll needProven experience in facilities management, with a focus on strategic planning and operations oversightStrong leadership and team management skills to foster a best-in-class office experience in all locationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partnersSolid understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and facility management best practices, with particular experience in the New York City real estate marketExperience in budget management and cost controlAvailability to work in-office 5 days a week and respond to after-hours emergency calls when necessaryNice-to-HavesExperience working at a high-growth technology companyExperience with international facilities expansionBenefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for youPartially covered for your dependentsOne Medical annual membership401k (including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp)Flexible PTOFertility HRA (up to $5,000 per year)WFH stipend to support your home office needsWellness stipendParental LeaveRelocation support for NYPet insuranceOther noticesPursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Compensation Range: $160K - $200KLocationNew YorkTypeFull timeDepartmentPeople & TalentCompensation$160K – $200K • Offers Equity
