What Workplace Services Coordinator Dept does at Worldwide

Assists with day to day building activities, supporting local team members to assure day to day operations of the workplace function smoothly and efficiently. Supports equipment checks, operational area setup and resets and assists with supply coordination and movement across the building.

What you will do

  • Assists with building upkeep, upgrades and ordering of supplies or furnishings
  • Completes set up and resets of operational procedure space and / or dorms; which typically includes minor maintenance of moving furniture including disassembly / reassembly.
  • Assists implementation of access and security provisions
  • Act as a backup for the Office Support Assistant, including providing reception cover and ordering office supplies
  • Daily workplace walkthroughs to proactively assess and identify and report maintenance issues

What you will bring to the role

  • Good customer service skills. Must be able to effectively communicate (oral and written) with all employees, contractors and vendors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with a diverse workforce.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
  • Must be available for on call emergencies.

Your experience

  • 2+ years of relevant experience required.
  • A high school diploma or GED qualification is required
  • Must have a valid driver's license
