The AWS Specialist Sales and Partner organization (ASP) aims to provide a cohesive and exceptional experience for customers working with our extensive network of over 100,000 partners. Our goal is to empower our builders to achieve success through this robust partner ecosystem. In this role, as part of ASP's Consulting Centre of Excellence (CCoE), you will lead a team of global partner development managers (PDMs) who are responsible for fostering the growth of some of AWS's most strategic partners. You will work closely with partner executives, AWS sales and partner leaders, and other key stakeholders to help your team build and land strategic initiatives that will accelerate the worldwide growth of Accelerate partners. You'll be responsible for finding the right intersection between AWS goals and our partners' capabilities, with a strong emphasis on industry-specific differentiation that will deliver value to our customers. This will include collaborating with partners to drive revenue growth, AWS adoption, and customer success in enterprise accounts.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $174,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
