Northwell Health Physician Partners Dental Medicine is seeking various providers to expand our services at our new practice in Yaphank, New York. Part-time and full-time positions are available. We are seeking individuals for the following dental specialties:

• Orthodontist
• Pediatric Dentist
• Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

This new build will be situated in The Boulevard : an active, sustainable and vibrant community. Yaphank is located on Long Island, south of Brookhaven in Suffolk County, NY.

Our Physician Partners offices see patients of all ages for general and specialized oral health care.
