Overview We are seeking a dedicated Yard Coordinator/PM Technician to oversee our busy operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating farm and/or construction equipment, previous experience with equipment repairs, and working with receiving daily deliveries. We are focused on finding an individual who is looking for a career, not just a job. You will have the opportunity to learn how to service and work on equipment, as well as obtain your CDL license. We look forward to working with a creative, energetic, responsible, independent, and self-motivated individual. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all activities within the yard, including materials handling, Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy in the yard
- Manage inbound and outbound transportation activities, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups
- Supervise Rental pickups and returns using our Record 360 Program.
- Adherence to safety protocols, & safe operations thru out your daily activities.
- Perform routine maintenance and fluid checks, clean equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and help out where you are needed.
Requirements
- Have your own tools or be willing to grow your tools as your skills advance.
- Be capable of driving trucks and trailers for local deliveries.
- Have excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of computers, be able to acquire manufactures Certifications as needed.
- Physical ability to lift/handle heavy items.
- Have a Valid Driver's License
