LOCATION: Converse, LA

CONTEXT: We are seeking an experienced Yard Manager to oversee daily operations, manage service technicians, and ensure the efficient functioning of the yard. This leadership role requires strong mechanical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, along with the ability to guide and mentor a team while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee service technicians' daily operations, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high-quality performance and safety standards.
• Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and inventory of the yard.
• Coordinate equipment preparation and ensure readiness for use while adhering to safety protocols.
• Develop and manage technician schedules, aligning resources with project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to adjust schedules as needed.
• Leverage prior drilling experience and hands-on expertise in mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems to support operations, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform technician duties as required.

• Prior drilling experience is essential.
• Hands-on expertise in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
