**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Assist with the loading and unloading of materials.

+ Operate and maintain various types of equipment.

+ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the plant.

+ Ensure the yard and plant are organized and safe.

+ Support plant operations and other tasks as needed.

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Ability to operate and maintain equipment.

+ Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

+ Physical capability to handle the demands of the job.

+ Flexibility to work in various weather conditions.

**Conditions of Employment**

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

**Work Environment**

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
