Are you a dedicated and passionate educator looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children? The YMCA Ayrlawn Program Center in Bethesda, Maryland is currently seeking a Lead Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in a classroom setting

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff

- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment

- Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in children

- Follow all licensing and accreditation requirements Qualifications and Skills:

Must be at least 20 years of age CDA/AA/BA/BS in Early Childcare Education or related field Current CPR and First Aid Certification
