The Office Manager is at the center of our mission; the person most frequently interacting with souls coming to Song of the Morning seeking a deep and authentic experience of Yoga. This means coordinating multiple moving pieces so that our guests and retreat facilitators are cared for, and everything runs smoothly. Examples of tasks performed include taking reservations, answering phones and emails, running social media accounts, making folks feel welcomed when they arrive or call, support with housekeeping, and oh so much more depending on need, aptitude and interests (this could mean helping out in our garden, kitchen support, etc.) The right candidate will be an organized and flexible multi-tasker who loves people, is an excellent communicator, and has a hunger for spiritual fulfilment. We are a conscious community comprised of staff, volunteers, and devotees living on-site or nearby, and we welcome in guests on retreat, meaning the daily opportunities for connection are many and varied, including interesting conversations with fellow spiritually-minded individuals, group dinners, community potlucks, book clubs, and quiet time to connect with yourself in nature or during nightly meditations and Sunday services.

This is a live-work position away from the hustle and bustle of the city, appropriate for any sincere heart willing to serve and wishing to grow. Pay starts at minimum wage, with room and board deducted from your paycheck, meaning the take-home stipend at the end of the month is relatively modest. However, if you desire to live simply you can find that all of your needs are met - with cozy accommodations and delicious vegetarian food provided.
