We are looking for motivated, energetic, and caring individuals to join our team at The Glen Cove After 3 Program, Monday through Friday, 2:30- 6:30 p.m.

What We're Looking For:

• Passionate individuals who love working with children
• Team players who can create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to support and supervise children with kindness and care
• Experience working with children (preferred, but not required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in afterschool activities, games, and educational programs
• Assist with homework and provide academic support
• Promote a safe and inclusive environment
• Help plan and implement fun, creative activities
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members
