Zone Manager - Hayward Industries : Job Details

Manages remote sales team District Sales Managers (DSM) throughout the zone who call on distributors, dealers, builders, OEM's and prospective customers to obtain new business and expand existing business. Also personally conduct sales activities in a specific territory within the zone. Analyzes sales statistics, using SalesForce to assist dealers/distributors in promoting sales. Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team. Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching, and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary. Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development, and retention of sales staff. Provide supervision through field visits, observations, and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
