Full-Time in Chico, CA - Entry Level - Customer Service **CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

**Essential Duties of the Customer Service Representative:**

+ Answer telephone and customer emails for billing and service.

+ Process customer payments.

+ Place calls to customers that have accounts receivable balances.

+ Resolve customer questions related to their services.

+ Handle customer problems with finesse and escalate when appropriate.

+ Process responses to customer charge-backs in a timely fashion.

+ Analyze customer transactions, correct customer records, and adjust errors.

+ Respond to customers requests via telephone or email.

+ Contact customers to clarify account information.

+ Ability to retain knowledge of services, prices and installation times as required.

+ Assist in scheduling recoveries, installs and service calls as requested.

+ Maintain a positive and energetic attitude with customers and employees.

+ Consistently able to arrive to and start work on-time.

+ Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

An eligible candidate will use excellent communication skills and have a pleasant telephone voice/manner/grammar. Basic computer skills are also required including Microsoft Excel experience. A minimum of one year experience in a fast paced customer service related position or field is required as well as a high school diploma or the equivalent. All job offers are contingent upon passing a post-offer pre-employment background check, physical, and drug/alcohol screening.

**Compensation - Customer Service Representative:**

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Starting pay begins at $15, with higher possible starting pay depending on experience. All job offers are contingent upon applicant passing a post-offer pre-employment background check, physical, and drug/alcohol screening. Benefits include: Group Health and Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Vision Reimbursement Program, Free Residential Internet Service (if you reside in the coverage area), 401k, PTO, and Holiday Pay.
