May perform permitting duties, develop project specifications, and perform project quantification and preliminary estimates. Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation, and associated design software program. Develop and maintain workflows for junior technicians.Job RequirementsYears of Experience: 5 yearsMinimum Qualifications: Associates Degree or CADD Certification or 7+ years of related experienceE.L.
