Ayden Healthcare of Rosemount Pavilion is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Weekend Warrior.

We want you to join our team - new grads welcome 8-hour and 12-hour shifts!

Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) / works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

The ideal candidate works well in a team like atmosphere, who exhibits excellent patience and compassion to all residents in his/her care. We are invested in maintaining exceptional customer service and our resident's well being is our top priority. Our ideal candidate has experience in:

overseeing multiple units within a skilled nursing facility,

overseeing multiple employees within a skilled nursing facility,

delivering quality nursing care to patients,

collecting patient data,

making daily resident observations,

reporting pertinent information to the care of patients,

working together with other staff in a cohesive, team-like environment,

direct and supervise other nursing staff members as needed.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate must be a caring individual, dedicated to providing high quality care to residents in our facility,

Must work well with other staff but able to work independently,

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Ohio,

Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required,

Must be able to relate information concerning a residents condition.
