LOCATION NORTHRIDGE, CA **Description**
* Verify past employment, education, tenant and references of 75+ applicants daily
* Make between 60 to 90 calls, emails and faxes each day to complete the verification process
* Notate and document in real-time attempts made so all departments can have real-time access to status and expected delivery dates
* Prepare accurate and grammatically correct reports summarizing the data collected from research and verification interviews performed
* Handle personal identifying information confidently and responsibly
* Maintain daily performance level that meets or exceeds the establish goal for the department
* Protect company, applicant and customer information in accordance with company policy and procedure
* Other duties as assigned
