Job Title: Behavior Technician
Location(s): TBD
Qualifications for above position:
* Board Certified Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
* Preferred Board Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
* Must complete the 40 hours of Registered Behavior Technician training through an approved program to meet the RBT designation through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board and pass the exam within a year of employment.
* Holds or is eligible to obtain full ODE licensure and/or an Ohio aide permit.
* Has completed a minimum of one year of successful experience in working directly with children with autism and related developmental disabilities in a home, school, or clinical setting.
* High School Diploma required. Any college coursework in psychology, special education, human development, or a related field preferred.
* Possesses experience in providing skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols.
* Successful completion of BCI/FBI background checks
* Possesses a valid Ohio driver's license.
