We're on the lookout for a seasoned Principal Level Engineer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in offering technical prowess and guidance to the group. Responsibilities: Lead project teams and the broader group, ensuring successful project outcomes and goal attainment. Mentor and guide colleagues, fostering a culture of innovation and effective teamwork. Collaborate with clients, architects, and fellow team members to deliver top-notch solutions. Oversee the production of detailed design drawings, specifications, and other project deliverables. Nurture client relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Manage multiple projects, ensuring engineering solutions align with financial success. Stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices. Ensure engineering practices comply with legislation and building codes. Contribute to delivering profitable projects, monitoring financial performance. Technical Expertise: 15+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering design. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Thorough understanding of building codes and mechanical design principles. Proven track record of successful project delivery. Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems. Understanding of the shift towards electrification and renewable energy solutions. Professional Engineer (P.E.) or equivalent certification. LEED AP accreditation preferred. Familiarity with industry-standard software like Revit, SKM, and SAM. Qualifications: Experience in a leadership role within MEP Engineering or related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently or in a team. Experience in mentoring and coaching junior engineers. Success in business development and client acquisition preferred.
