Job Description :
Essential Functions:Ensure high quality and consistency of guest service as per Hotel's standardsCommunicate with guests before, during and after their stay, using a variety of operating systemsKeep accurate records of guest information and requestsEnsure inventory management is consistently monitoredFollow proper procedural policies and proceduresEnsure cleanliness of work areas, by following health and safety policiesProvide assistance to front desk and guest service attendantsAccommodate general and unique requestsDiffuse conflict or tense situations with guests and team membersPerform all other reasonable duties as neededRequired and Preferred Education and Experience:Required: High school graduatePreferred: College experience with Hospitality exposureQualifications:Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable with public contact, and strong organizational skills.Ability to (1) work with co-workers and the public with tact and courtesy; (2) work well under pressure; (3) react quickly to changing prioritiesStrong skills in handling guests' complaints, must be able to maintain confidentialityPrior public contact experienceProficiency with computers (Internet, email, spreadsheets, etc.); Word and PowerPoint skills helpfulAbility to work independently; demonstrated dependability, punctuality, and efficiencyStandards:  Maintain a positive, enthusiastic outlook; smile and greet guests both physically and verballyOther Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
