  • Maintain, service, and repair HVAC/Refrigeration equipment and associated systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Assess equipment performance and identify customer service needs, including revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Provide clear and timely reporting on work orders and quotes.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and service personnel to optimize efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Build and maintain courteous, professional relationships with customers and third parties.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on assigned systems and equipment.
  • Utilize and navigate paperless technology tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HVAC/Refrigeration repair and maintenance, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Valid, clean driver's license that meets company vehicle policy.
  • Required Certifications:
    • FDNY F60/G60/ Torch Certification
    • OSHA 30-hour and 10-hour SST Certification
    • EPA section 608, A2L Certification
  • Familiarity with smart devices and IVR systems; knowledge of retail procedures is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work stand-by rotations and overtime as needed.
  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with crews, depending on job requirements.
  • Participation in an on-call rotation is required every 7-8 weeks.
  • Will join the Local 638 Steamfitters Union upon completing the probationary period.

Work Schedule
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, with occasional rotations and overtime as needed.
