Job Description: About the Role: The Maintenance Mechanic role provides support to the Green Bay food production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance and efficiency throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all production equipment, including mechanical, software based and electrical
- Lead maintenance projects including new equipment installs and rebuilds
- Demonstrate advanced fabrication skills and sanitary welds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, food safety, and quality standards
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 1:30pm-10:30pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. Competitive pay based on experience and certifications, shift pay differential and sign-on/retention bonus' included.
About You: You'll fit right in if you have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in operation, repair and maintenance with utility and production related equipment/systems - HVAC experience is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
- The ability to work overtime and weekends
- The ability to read, write and speak English effectively
