Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:Theincumbent in this position is responsible for developing an environment thatcreates excitement for guests and Team Members, promoting and retaining ahighly skilled work force. Providesleadership and direction to assigned beverage service personnel to achievemaximum operating results, revenue tracking, and cost of sales control. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:Responsiblefor actively building and retaining customer relations and acts as a mentor to TeamMembers in order to provide superior customer service.Hires,trains, motivates, evaluates, and supervises assigned personnel; coaches forsuccess, development, and continuing improvement of employee skills.Controlscost of product by monitoring par stocks and ensuring preparation of drinkswithin established policies and procedures.Controlscost of labor and materials. Ensurequality of guest service levels through effective scheduling to attain highstandard of service with minimum use of labor hours.Performsassigned input work in compiling annual budgets.Monitorsappearance of all facilities and service areas and follows up to ensure Caesarsstandards are maintained.Maintainsup-to-date knowledge of all applicable state, federal, and company regulationsand procedures regarding the service of alcohol and related beverage servicefunctions.Actsimmediately on customer complaints to ensure corrections or service recovery ismade as needed.Demonstratesa pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.Qualifications:EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE: HighSchool Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferredMinimumof five years Food & Beverage experienceTwoyears supervisory experienceQUALIFICATIONS:Fluentand literate in EnglishGoodcommunication skills, both verbal and writtenGoodinterpersonal skills, with emphasis in relationship buildingGoodproblem solving skillsGoodcustomer service skills, both internal and externalAbilityto negotiate with diverse departmentsAbilityto implement strategic visions/plans into day-to-day operationsAbilityto uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations andrecognize standards required by a regulated businessActsas a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a creditto Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
