**OVERVIEW**

The Brand Ambassador's job is to manage and support Guests for all iMedia channels. They create a positive and professional first impression of iMedia to employees and visitors, including overseeing employee and visitor experience. Serves as a Brand Ambassador for iMedia Brands.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Manage and support Guests for all iMedia channels.

* Communicate with On-Air Guests prior to shows.

* Follow up with On-Air Guest after visit has ended.

* Maintain Guest communications for scheduling and budget purposes.

* Create a positive and professional first impression of iMedia to employees and visitors, including overseeing the employee and visitor experience

* Act as the main point-of-contact for all On-Air Guests.

* Request samples for hosts or guests who need them.

* Create, issue, and edit permissions for security badges for employees and visitors.

* Additional duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**

* Bachelors Degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, Advertising or Film/Video/digital production, or related education or experience preferred.

* Ability to multi-task, organized, self-starter, ability to work at a fast pace.

* This is an evolving role. Looking for a candidate who can make suggestions related to process improvement.

* 2+ years Customer Service experience required.

* 1+ year of logistics or scheduling experience preferred.

* Microsoft Office skills required, with emphasis on Outlook Meeting Invites.

* This position shall be filled on a full-time, on-site basis only.

* Will include evening and weekend shifts.

* The duties of this role may require infrequent travel, including by air, up to 5%.
